We will internally proceed with scheduling the editing session. There is no need for you to attend the session in person.

The edited content will be forwarded to you for your review and approval.

Invoice will be sent to you and final delivery files are prepared.
⬤ Due to exceptionally high demand, we are limited in the number of post-production projects we can accept. The expected turnaround timeline is outlined below.

⬤ Same-day requests cannot be accommodated. Please plan your project in advance to avoid any delays.​
Expedite Service
We strongly recommend following our usual turnaround time. If you find it necessary to expedite the process, please inform us, and we will explore the possibility of accommodating overtime sessions during the night for editing. Please be aware that availability is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. An additional rush fee of $150 even if the work is very little. will be applied for expedited turnaround.

By requesting or utilizing our recording editing services, you acknowledge and agree that our role is strictly limited to providing technical and creative assistance in editing, enhancing, or refining your submitted recordings, to the extent technically feasible and at your explicit request.
We do not assume, and expressly disclaim, any responsibility or liability for how, where, or for what purpose the edited recording is subsequently used, including but not limited to submissions for college applications, competitions, auditions, or any other academic or professional evaluations.
All responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and compliance of the content—including adherence to institutional, ethical, or submission guidelines—remains solely with you, the client. You further acknowledge that the edited materials are provided “as is,” and that any decisions, representations, or outcomes resulting from their use are undertaken at your own risk.
By engaging our services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of the edited recordings.
