By requesting or utilizing our recording editing services, you acknowledge and agree that our role is strictly limited to providing technical and creative assistance in editing, enhancing, or refining your submitted recordings, to the extent technically feasible and at your explicit request.
We do not assume, and expressly disclaim, any responsibility or liability for how, where, or for what purpose the edited recording is subsequently used, including but not limited to submissions for college applications, competitions, auditions, or any other academic or professional evaluations.
All responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and compliance of the content—including adherence to institutional, ethical, or submission guidelines—remains solely with you, the client. You further acknowledge that the edited materials are provided “as is,” and that any decisions, representations, or outcomes resulting from their use are undertaken at your own risk.
By engaging our services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of the edited recordings.
