Due to Director Wei's demanding schedule as a producer for multiple symphonies, recording labels, and artist managements, his in-studio sessions this year will be available by request only. Please use the online tool to check his availability and submit your session request. Each request will be manually reviewed and approved to ensure the best fit for everyone's schedules
November Session
Due to extremely high demand, sessions during the last week of November must be booked manually. Availability will not be displayed on the booking system. Please email us directly to inquire.
Overtime Session
If you are requesting a session outside our regular business hours(10AM-10PM), please contact us via email to inquire about availability.
Senior Engineers
Experienced Engineers Recording Session | Studio A, Steinway D | (include Director when available at reg. rate) recording sessions are intended for recording only, don't expect extensive note edits from the staff engineer.
Director Engineer
Recording Session with Director | Limited availability—please email us directly to reserve. Schedule does not display openings! Studio A, Steinway D (Performs swift, producing complex live editing). Deliver world-class mixing and mastering in real time.
Post Production Studio
Remote Editing Session with Director at our Flagship mastering studio. Zero Latency High Definition Remote Editing Session. We use a proprietary platform—not Zoom—to provide an exceptional remote experience. All you need is a laptop, iPad, or even your phone to begin working on your case from anywhere.

Please Email us If you need to book outside the business hour.
The rate for hours worked outside of the regular business hours (overtime) is set at a higher, distinct rate.
Cancellation

Due to our high demand and dedication to serving all clients, we are unable to offer refunds once booked. We encourage you to book with confidence.

If a cancellation is made within 4 days of the session’s start time, the fee will be fully forfeited, and rescheduling will not be allowed.

Cancellations made more than 4 days before the session start time are eligible for rescheduling. The rescheduled session must take place within 90 days of the original session date.

Special Note for November: Due to high demand and limited availability, all sessions booked for November are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding.
