Cancellation Policy
Important Notice: Please read carefully before booking. These policies are strictly enforced. -Due to our high demand and dedication to serving all clients, we are unable to offer refunds once booked. We encourage you to book with confidence. -If a cancellation is made within 4 days of the session’s start time, the fee will be fully forfeited, and rescheduling will not be allowed. -Cancellations made more than 4 days before the session start time are eligible for rescheduling. The rescheduled session must take place within 90 days of the original session date and can only be rescheduled once. Special Note for November: Due to high demand and limited availability, all sessions booked for November are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding.
