Service Description
This Session is meant for participants of the Piano Star International Competition, files will be delivered by us to Piano Star directly, NOT to you. Piano Star will share the file with you after the competition closes. YOU MAY NOT USE THIS RECORDING FOR ANY OTHER COMPETITION, if you need to use this for other purposes and need the file, the original price will be charged or the difference.
Cancellation Policy
Important Notice: Please Read Before Booking. Refunds are not available due to our high demand and commitment to accommodating all clients. Please book with confidence. Cancellations within 2 days of the session start time will result in a forfeit of the fee. Rescheduling is not permitted. Cancellations made outside of 4 days allow for rescheduling. Special Note for November: Due to the high demand and heavy traffic, all sessions scheduled in November are non-refundable and can't be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
